Losing Weight Too Fast

I just ran across an article that made me think. If you’ve been keeping up with the news, Rush Limbaugh was admitted to a hospital in Hawaii complaining of chest pains. The first thought was a heart related illness, but that turned out not to be the case.

I didn’t know this, but apparently Mr. Limbaugh has lost an extreme amount of weight in a short period of time. According to sources on the web … he lost the weight from a Quick Weight Loss Center program. It’s my understanding that these are usually very low calorie programs.

Now, it sounds like his chest pains were somehow related to his rapid weight loss. Lesson learned … things are better in moderation.
