		<description>I haven&#039;t read the ebook but I really doubt just because someone is a professional body builder that this means their own personal diet and fitness experiments are applicable to the overweight and obese.  Really how much fat has Mr. Venuto lost?  How long has he kept it off?  If he wasn&#039;t overweight or obese and hasn&#039;t kept it off for several years then I&#039;m not impressed.</description>

This is a very dense book with lots and lots of information. The book is really aimed at the man or woman that is seriously into hard core working out and nutrition.

It&#039;s a very complete book on nutrition and exercise and it earns our 5 star rating. If there was any drawback it would be that it&#039;s primarily geared toward serious athletes ... etc. If you fall into that category then this would be a great choice. If you&#039;re not seriously into working out or nutrition then you should opt for one of the other programs.</description>
