This is a very dense book with lots and lots of information. The book is really aimed at the man or woman that is seriously into hard core working out and nutrition.

It&#039;s a very complete book on nutrition and exercise and it earns our 5 star rating. If there was any drawback it would be that it&#039;s primarily geared toward serious athletes ... etc. If you fall into that category then this would be a great choice. If you&#039;re not seriously into working out or nutrition then you should opt for one of the other programs.</description>
