		<description>Hopefully E-Diets has improved. I start today. They were anything but informational.

Told me nothing about extra fees.Customer service was absolutely awful.The two men that
spoke with me were rude to the point of being insulting.

I am very sorry for the people that have commented negatively.</description>

What they don&#039;t tell you about their meal plans and shopping list is that the recipes don&#039;t work together so you have to buy an ingredient just so you can use a tablespoon of it and never need it again.  The meals don&#039;t work together and it will get VERY expensive to follow their recommended meal plans.  They also make you sign a 3 month agreement (hidden in the fine print) and charge you a $25 early cancellation fee if you cancel early because you don&#039;t like their service. 		<description>I placed an order with ediets by phone and the agent never told me it was take two weeks.
I was due to receive my first order 10/01/10 will i never receive the order that day.
The order arrived 10/04/10 to my job and the food was spoiled. I am off on Monday&#039;s so you can imagine what my office smell like. I call for refund and to cancel my order and i was given a hard time about wanting my money back. Ediets charge my again on 10/06/10.
I had to call again for my refund; I spoke to two agents and a supervisor Cedric, whose attitude was so sour and bitter. Ediets need an overhaul with their customer service unit and the supervisor do not show empathy nor are they neither friendly nor helpful. I rate ediets 
negative 10.

		<description>This company is a total rip off.  I&#039;m an educated woman with a master&#039;s degree.  I read all the fine print.  I signed up and never received the food, was charged some fee for &quot;online access&quot; on my debit card, and told they would not refund it.  

I filed a complaint with my state&#039;s Attorney General and with the BBB as they are a BBB accredited company.  I encourage other&#039;s burned by this company to do so.

In the meantime, my advice is don&#039;t sign up for ediets.com on any level.  They need to do a better job of not misleading the customer in TV and web advertisements.  Hopefully they&#039;ll realize they won&#039;t survive long scamming people.
