Every Other Day Diet
The Every Other Day Diet plan is created by Jon Benson who asserts that the plan gives the dieter freedom from calorie counting diets of the past. Essentially, the Every Other Day Diet allows the dieter to eat high protein containing foods on one day and to alternate the diet with some of his or her favorite foods the next day, hence the name of the Every Other Day Diet. Dieters are expected to feel like they are dieting “every other day.”
Benson’s Every Other Day Diet plan aims to educate the dieter and to teach him or her how to enjoy eating without experiencing guilt, how to lose fat without the need to monitor calories, how to put an end to emotional/binge eating practices, and more.
The Every Other Day Diet is not sold in stores but is available via download in eBook format. This diet has been approved by doctors including Dr. Holly Lucille, N.D. and John Matt Yuill, M.D., as well as Dr. John Berardi, a Professor from the University of Texas. The eBook comes with a full year of support and a sixty day money back guarantee if the dieter is not fully satisfied with the work.
This work comes with a number of bonuses including the Perfect Posture in 30 Days eBook, the Cholesterol Lies eBook, Hormones 101 eBook, a Virtual Exercise Demonstrator, the Skinny Mini Meals eBook, the Female Power eBook, The Fitness Primer Hypnotic Audio: Preparing You For A Fitter Future! eBook, and The No-Struggle Plan! ebook. Finally, the Every Other Day Diet plan also comes with free lifetime plan updates for the dieter too.

“So, I tried it… for about 3 days. I was too hungry on the down days. I felt miserable.” “I just want to share with everyone how excited I am to be so close to reaching my first goal. I’m down 8 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks with 1 1/2 pounds to go by next Tuesday. I am confident that I can reach that. I’m enjoying that I look better in the mirror and in my clothes plus I’m feeling stronger in my workouts.” “Im really having my hands full with this type of eating. Im doing the lifestyle and the thing that is really killing me is the sooo small portion of carbs. I mean If I go completly by the size such as the 4 fingers as my portion size, that is only like 3 or 4 teaspoons bites and its all gone and Im still TERRIBLY hungry.” “Normal “safe” rate of weight loss of course, the fun thing is that that drop is in spite of a 6-week plateau and thanks to EODD 2.0 speeding things up these past weeks. (So I guess it’s -28 lbs in 5½ months really, if I substract the plateau time).” “However, the EODD was a very appealing concept for ease of use after my wake up call regarding my calories. I love the simplicity and ease of use. I read the ebook twice over the weekend. I’m torn between the Lifestyle and the Extreme Plan. I want the Extreme results but I want my cheats!! Don’t we all??” |

**Comment from the DietsReporter.com staff**
As we researched this program we found a small amount of consumer feedback about this product on the web. It was really a “mixed bag” of feedback that bounced between “yes, I’m losing weight” and “it sure is hard to eat this way”. We were a little surprised to see so little feedback even on the forum for the product … the place many of the above comments were selected from.
Because we saw such a “mixed bag” of comments, this plan only earns our 3 star rating as we’re neutral on it. You may lose weight, but it seems that people may have trouble sticking with the plan.
