I believe that avoiding processed foods is the first step in order to lose weight. They could taste very good, but ready-made foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more simply to have enough energy to get through the day. When you are constantly taking in these foods, switching to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more strength while taking in less. Interesting blog post.

**Comment from the DietsReporter.com staff**

As we researched this program we found a small amount of consumer feedback about this product on the web. It was really a "mixed bag" of feedback that bounced between "yes, I'm losing weight" and "it sure is hard to eat this way". We were a little surprised to see so little feedback even on the forum for the product ... the place many of the above comments were selected from.

Because we saw such a "mixed bag" of comments, this plan only earns our 3 star rating as we're neutral on it. You may lose weight, but it seems that people may have trouble sticking with the plan.
