		<description>I used this diet about 5 years ago. I was able to lose 6 pounds the first time without being able to walk every day or drink ALL the water as instructed. I actually ate more on the diet, 4 times a day, than I normally did. A few years ago my husband and I did the diet together. He lost the 9 pounds in 11 days, I lost 5. I think it was very helpful for a quick start and I kept using the info from the diet to maintain. It is easy and you get to pick your foods. Not a big variety but what made it boring made it easy. So simple even an idiot can do it.</description>

periods of time.   It is said that 70% of our food should be raw.  This diet does the opposite and it this that makes it not the healthiest.  Also deli meat is processed with chemicals and that it big on the diet...not balanced or healthy enough  but on the short term it works...</description>

Those comments FAR OUTNUMBERED any negative comments made by users that may have only lost a small amount of weight from this diet. I saw comments from multiple individuals that have gone through several cycles of the plan and continue to lose weight. It was typical to see weight losses of 5 to 10 pounds for the first cycle and we also saw others that have lost 30 pounds after 4 or 5 cycles.

Based on the number of positive comments we saw for this plan we feel it&#039;s proper to give it our 5 Star rating. It looks like this diet has helped many people lose weight ... fast. We found no discussion about how well the weight stayed off in the long term, but based on all the positive comments this looks like a diet you could use if you wanted to lose weight fast.</description>
