Our research suggests that this (the Master Cleanse Recipe) is not a diet program. Weight loss is a side effect of going through the cleansing process, but this program should not be used with weight loss as the end goal. In fact, some of the comments we read described being on this program as something spiritual.

This is NOT a true weight loss program. It is a cleanse/detox program so we give it a 1 Star rating. We saw very little in the way of comments or feedback that said this program should be used primarily as a diet.
